Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you are welcome to return or exchange any items. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. All other products must be in an unused condition and in original packaging. This policy is to ensure all retuned products are in a resale condition and helps to keep all product costs down. Thank you for your cooperation.

Simply enclose a copy of your packing list with the items that are being returned or exchanged highlighted or circled along with a brief explanation for the return. Send the package UPS ground or through the US Postal Service. For you protection, Please insure the package for it's full value.

If the package was damaged during shipment, please contact us via email before sending in your return. If we made a mistake on your order, your return ground shipping will be reimbursed.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the issuance of credit or shipping of an exchange.

The Sportsman's Garage reserves the right to determine the condition of all returns and exchanges and this policy is subject to change without notice.

Shipping

The Sportsman's Garage offers standard ground shipping via USPS and UPS. Items normally ship within 3 days and arrive within 3-6 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange alternate shipping, additional costs will apply. Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order BEFORE sales tax (if applicable). Tax is not included on the cost of shipping.  All Quantam PT Reels and all US Reels are free shipping, all rods are $15.00 shipping charge each and all other orders OVER $200 receive FREE ground shipping
